Academy and Emmy award winning filmmakers Chai Vaserhalyi and Jimmy Chin launch a new series called ‘The Photographer’ on The National Geographic Channel. The six episodes follow some of the world’s most renowned photographers for an exhilarating and dynamic international adventure. The series celebrates visual storytelling through extraordinary images and experiences. Idaho Today’s Mellisa Paul talked with the shows Co-executive producer Brent Kunkle while he was in town at the Sun Valley Film Festival. Kunkle said about the series, ‘you’ll go places you never knew existed’ Many of the photographers in the series are using their images to help promote positive change as well.
