Parolee arrested, charged with several drug felonies

Following a search warrant, the Meridian-Garden City Impact Team arrested a Garden City man after they found drugs, paraphernalia and guns.

GARDEN CITY, Idaho — The Meridian-Garden City Impact Team said they arrested a parolee after a search warrant turned up drugs, paraphernalia and guns.

Toby Reese "Brad" Halladay, 45 from Garden City was arrested and charged with a felony agents warrant, trafficking cocaine (felony), controlled substance-deliver, possess or manufacture with intent to deliver, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon (felony) and possession of drug paraphernalia (misdemeanor). 

Police said they found $15,000 in cash, a handgun, ammunition, fentanyl, cocaine, LSD, methamphetamine, Xanax, mushrooms and drug paraphernalia like pipes, bongs and scales. 

Halladay was already on parole for possession with intent to deliver. He was booked into the Ada County Jail.
