Two people arrested in Boise, charged with felony criminal conspiracy

BPD alleged the two had firearms and intended to kill an unnamed victim.

BOISE, Idaho — Two people were arrested in Boise Monday, Dec. 18 around 2 in the morning and charged with criminal conspiracy. According to the Boise Police Department (BPD), Andrew Larson, 34 from Marsing, and Rachel Young, 24 from Eagle were pulled over on the 1600 block of Rossi St. Officers said they had multiple firearms, and from investigation BPD allege they were driving to a person's house to kill them.

BPD stated that from a call, they had information that previous threats were made to a man inside a house and that a man and woman outside could be armed. Police found the two suspects leaving the house and pulled them over.

"Following an investigation, evidence indicated that the two suspects had conspired to drive to Boise last night with the intention to kill the victim. The victim and the suspects were known to each other," a news release stated.

BPD has not released the name of the intended victim.
