West Valley Medical Center hosted Veteran's Day celebration

The ceremony was followed by coffee and donuts in the hospital's Bistro Café.

CALDWELL, Idaho — West Valley Medical Center invited Veterans and their families to join them at their Veterans Day ceremony. It was on the morning of Friday, Nov. 10 in the hospital's Bistro Cafe.

"We are honored to host this ceremony. We have several colleagues who have served and we care for many Veterans on a daily basis," said Travis Leach, chief executive officer, West Valley Medical Center. "As we watch the news from overseas, we grow even more thankful for the freedoms we have in our country, thanks to Veterans who have fought on our behalf."

The ceremony was followed by coffee and donuts in the hospital's Bistro Café.

Leach was joined by Caldwell Police Captain Robert Rosin and the Founding Director of the Caldwell Veterans Council and Caldwell Veterans Memorial Hospital Terry Harrell. The Caldwell Police Honor Platoon presented the colors and Barb Montgomery, the West Valley Volunteer Chaplain, said a prayer.
