BOISE -- Three Boiseans are facing child abuse charges after a Boise Police raid netted marijuana and THC oil in a home the suspects shared with two children.

Shawn Mackrill, 29, and Jennifer Rose Doyle, 33, are both charged with felony injury to a child and felony drug possession, while Cindy Nicholls, 61, faces only the felony injury to child charge.

Boise Police say they served a search warrant at the trio's home at about 1 p.m. Wednesday after an investigation into drug activity at the home. Inside, officers found 80 grams of marijuana and nine grams of suspected THC oil, along with dozens of pieces of drug paraphernalia and ingredients used to manufacture THC oil.

Two children were also living in the home, and had access to the narcotics, police say.

Doyle and Nicholls were taken into custody at the home, while Mackrill was found and arrested a short time later.

All three suspects have been booked into the Ada County Jail, and are due to appear in court Thursday afternoon.
