Boise Police say four people from out of town are in the Ada County Jail after attempting to buy cell phones and other electronic devices with fake credit cards.

Around 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, officers received a tip from local businesses that a group of people were making purchases with counterfeit credit cards at two stores on the 8100 block of West Overland Road.

Police say evidence shows the suspects used credit cards with stolen information from real victims. Officers were able to locate the suspects at a business off of Milwaukee Street and taken them into custody.

The four suspects have been arrested and booked on the following felony charges:

Dwayne Bell, 25, of Los Angeles, CA, charged with criminal possession of a financial transaction card; Ollishey Rushing, 24, of Las Vegas, NV, charged with burglary; Martell Duncan, 25, of Las Vegas, NV, charged with criminal possession of a financial transaction card and forgery; Alexandria Nolin-Coulter, 22, of Las Vegas, NV, charged with criminal possession of a financial transaction card.

Police say the suspects came to Boise from Las Vegas with the intent of using the fake credit cards to purchase merchandise illegally. The stolen credit card information is not from local victims.
