BOISE -- A Boise man is facing felony charges after police say he forced an underage girl into his home and had sexual contact with her.
Rubange Sebahutu, 60, was arrested Tuesday after the incident was reported to Boise Police.
Investigators say the crime happened at about 8 a.m. Tuesday in the 200 block of East Front Street. Sebahutu and the victim know each other, police say.
Sebahutu was arrested and booked into the Ada County Jail on charges of first-degree kidnapping and lewd conduct with a child under 16. A BPD Victim Witness Coordinator is providing assistance to the victim.
Detectives say the suspect may have additional victims, and urged anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers at 208-343-COPS.
Sebahutu was scheduled to appear in court Wednesday afternoon. If convicted of the charges, he could face up to life in prison.
